Owner/Master Aesthetic Injector
My name is Tara, and I am the owner of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine. I have been in medicine since 2002 as a Registered Nurse. In 2011, I graduated from the accelerated program at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and immediately became nationally recognized through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. I grew up in the beauty industry and found it was a great union to blend beauty with medicine. I have an astute sense of safety, while my experience guides my practice to produce beautiful and natural results. Kate Genetti, NP
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Body Contouring & Wellness Specialist
Kate is a highly trained nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background and a passion for advanced aesthetic medicine. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011, she built strong clinical expertise working in emergency medicine before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree.
Alongside clinical practice, Kate served as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Rivier University, where she discovered her love for education and mentorship.
Driven to expand care beyond traditional medicine, she pursued specialized training in aesthetic medicine through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, deepening her expertise in facial aesthetics and patient safety. She also holds advanced certifications in medical weight management and body contouring and remains actively involved in professional organizations focused on clinical excellence.
Kate is known for her thoughtful approach, clinical precision, and dedication to helping patients feel confident and well from the inside out. Outside the clinic, she lives in Nashua, NH with her husband Adam, daughter Ella, and their yellow lab, and enjoys travel, family time, and new adventures.
Sarah McMahon, PA-C
Physician Assistant & Aesthetic Medicine Specialist
Sarah brings a strong medical foundation and a holistic wellness approach to aesthetic medicine. Originally from Lake George, NY, she earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Nazareth College of Rochester, where she also competed in NCAA volleyball. She later completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
Sarah began her clinical career in neurosurgery, treating complex spine conditions and assisting in the operating room — experience that sharpened her anatomical expertise, precision, and patient care skills.
Alongside medicine, she has worked as a fitness instructor and nutrition counselor for over eight years, fueling her passion for whole-body wellness. This blend of clinical knowledge and artistic eye led her to specialize in aesthetic medicine, where she has been practicing for the past four years.
Sarah develops customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals, specializing in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. Her mission is to help patients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered through safe, thoughtful aesthetic care.
Ilianna Rossetti, MS, CNS, LDN, ABAAHP
Double Board-Certified Functional Nutritionist
Ilianna Rossetti is a double board-certified Functional Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and state licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist. Certified by both the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS) and the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP), she focuses on root-cause medicine and lowering inflammation through personalized nutrition, functional medicine, and lifestyle change.
Her career began at the School of Integrative Manual Therapy in Connecticut, where she studied the body as an interconnected system. In 2012, she founded Nutritional Artistry, a holistic practice blending functional medicine, food coaching, and mindset work for lasting wellness. Since 2014, she has specialized in fertility, hormone balance, and women’s health at the Fertility Centers of New England, while also supporting professional athletes in South Florida.
Today, as part of the Concierge Medicine team at DCCM™, Ilianna helps patients bridge the gap between nutrition, functional medicine, and mindful living—empowering them to achieve vibrant, sustainable health.
