Model Policy

At DCCM™ Academy, patient safety and professional education are our top priorities. By booking a model appointment, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

The Model Experience

All model appointments begin with a check-in process that includes taking photos, as new photos are required on the day of treatment. Numbing, either topical or injected, will be applied if necessary based on the procedure. The consultation and treatment are conducted under the supervision of Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie, DNP Delle Chiaie, DNP, and performed by licensed medical professionals. For Facial Balancing Model Calls, treatment by experienced injector Kate Genetti is guaranteed. Models may not choose their injector during model calls. Available treatments during Facial Balancing Model Calls are subject to product availability and procedure eligibility and may include cosmetic neurotoxin, dermal filler, lip filler, Kybella, Skinvive, and additional options.

Model Eligibility

Eligibility for any model call is determined during the pre-treatment assessment. All models must be at least 21 years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and must avoid significant events such as weddings or travel within six weeks post-treatment. Models may only book one appointment per model type each calendar year, including neurotoxin, dermal filler, lip filler, and facial balancing. Booking additional appointments beyond this limit will result in the forfeiture of injector fees. Models must commit to attending a mandatory follow-up appointment scheduled two weeks after treatment on a Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Models unable to attend the follow-up are ineligible to participate in the associated model call. For cosmetic neurotoxin model calls (e.g., Botox or Dysport), models must agree to treatment in all three areas: the 11’s (between the brows), forehead, and crow’s feet. Additionally, models who receive filler treatments may not travel within 14 days following their model follow-up appointment. Providers reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if they determine it is unsafe or unsuitable. Models declining treatment cannot seek compensation; injector fees are forfeited and are non-refundable. Violations of these policies may result in the full retail cost of services being charged, forfeiture of injector fees, and exclusion from future model opportunities.

Appointment Scheduling

Injector fees must be paid in full at the time of booking using a credit card. Once booked, appointments cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded. Models should anticipate potential delays, as appointments may run behind schedule, to ensure quality care for all participants. Models must refrain from scheduling important events on the same day as their model call, as leaving before the completion of the appointment will result in forfeiture of all fees and an additional $400 late cancellation/no-show fee. DCCM™ Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary. In such instances, models will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for the next available model call of the same type, but refunds will not be provided.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are mandatory and scheduled two weeks post-treatment. Exact follow-up appointments will be assigned after booking.

Failure to attend a follow-up appointment will result in a $400 late cancellation/no-show fee, a $500 model call follow-up non-attendance fee, and full retail cost of the treatment being charged. Additionally, models will be rendered ineligible for future model calls. These fees collectively amount to $1,860 for cosmetic neurotoxin, $3,300 for dermal filler, $1,650 for lip filler, and up to $5,000 for facial balancing treatments, depending on the procedures performed.

Injector Fees

The injector fees for 2026 are as follows: $299 for cosmetic neurotoxin, $499 for facial balancing, $399 for lip balancing, $499 for Kybella, $499 for Skinvive, and $599 per session for laser treatments.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment may result in the cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of injector fees, an additional $400 late cancellation/no-show fee, and ineligibility for future model calls.

Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must contact us in writing at info@dccmacademy.com during business hours.

Promotions and Referrals

Model bookings are not eligible for any promotions, sales, or package pricing. Referral discounts, gift cards, and rewards programs, such as Alle or Aspire, also do not apply to model appointments.

Returned Checks and Insufficient Funds

Unpaid balances will incur a 20% charge every 30 days until paid in full. DCCM™ Academy reserves the right to charge the card on file to settle any unpaid balances.

Medical Changes

Models must notify DCCM™ Academy of any changes to their health or medical status at each appointment.

By agreeing to this policy, you confirm your compliance with all terms and conditions. Non-adherence will result in forfeiture of fees, additional charges, and permanent ineligibility for future model opportunities. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@dccmacademy.com.
